0165 - pneumatic equipment for metered delivery of glue, with A12 tank in stainless steel. This is a unique solution to apply always the same amount of glue. Ideal for dowels, holes, slots (chairs), tenons and mortises for windows and doors. For small batches and mass production, where accurate and constant glue dosing is requested.
It consists of a tank and cover in stainless steel with four closing hooks according to CE regulations, of a 4 meters long hose and of a gun with anatomic grip, of a trolley with a shelf under which a timer is fixed.
Unlike the traditional glue feeders this equipment has a double adjustment:
- glue flow, acting on the ring positioned on the back of the gun
- extrusion time through a timer. Unscrewing the knob the extrusion time decreases,
screwing the knob the extrusion time increases. For this reason the equipment must always be connected to the air net (min. 6/max. 8 bar).
